hello guys i have a 4 gb sdhc micro sd card but do you think ill need a gigger one any time soon and do the edge save files work on the m3i zero so when i get it can i keep my sav game?

save files are the same size! if they don't work you can always convert your save here

if you have extra budget you can go for the 8GB
since it is relatively cheaper than it used to be

for me 2-4GB is more than enough
since i don't keep much stuff in my SD card
however, some members from the forum keep music, movies, homebrews and etc
so they require a 8 or 16GB SD card

If you keep like alot of dpgs and games on your flashcart = 8 GB sd
If you like to clean out your sd often to get rid of stuff you dont want = 4 GB sd

I filled a bit more than half of my 4 GB sd card.

Class 4 is average, and you will get a minimum read/write speed of 4MB/s, which is okay. Taiwan would be a country

iirc, class are use to specify minimum data transfer rate on to SD card

class 2 => min 2 Mbytes/s write
class 4 => min 4 Mbytes/s write
class 6 => min 6 Mbytes/s write

for read, it's usually on the same range arround 13-15 Mbytes/s (though high end might have better speed)

my 4GB class4 micro dan read at 15Mbytes/s and write at 5.x Mbytes/s
not that much different from my sandisk ultra (class 6) in term of read speed, only in write
*using usb microSd reader

imo, since flashcart only read data most of the time, class 4 is more than enough. testing with castlevania - potrait of ruin, no random freeze at all, though it always freeze every time i try to warp (warp room), but other than that, any random freeze everyone complaining, never got one

*i ring this one since they say it is related with card's speed rating

unles you use it in a digital camera or camcorder, higher class really matter.
heck, even the same class from different brand also matter (sandisk kick transcend' ass)
