im pretty sure they dont do that in that store *sigh* ill try to put regular fimware n hopefully that works.

What store sells you something but doesn't let you return it if it doesn't work? Did it say "all sales final" or something?

it was at pacific mall and i wasnt exactly sure i dont think i got a receipt =/

After playing around with it i started to put it into another ds n there was no lines and i started to think it was my ds because when i insert games it really hard to on my ds.... but i decided to think about the other ds i put it in and i noticed that the brightness was on max i also remembered that the weird lines dont apear whole the ds screen is all white (when its msot brightest) so what i did was change the settings on my regular use ds to maximum birghtness and voila its all better

i am so happy to figure out the problem thanx to everyone who gave me suggestion on what to do
