Just wanted to share some information if you did not know.
if you use the most recent version of Anemone3DS, and use the folder system. You can use Nintendo's Theme Loadout Saver to preserve where Badges are placed. It saves all the Icons, and Badges on your screen. It will not save a homebrew'd theme to the load out.
When you re-apply the "Load out" it should be a blank OG 3DS theme, Your badges all go to how you saved them.
Then open Anemone3DS and apply a theme.
Presto!
This can make it so you can save your badges. And installing new ones does not break them if you use Sub folder method. GYBT did not work like this, when you would change and add badges they would all break.
