Recently, I ordered a laptop off of the internet that was sold from the Best Buy site (the item was only available online). This computer seems to be packed with a lots of great specifications, but at a much lower price. Here's a link below:

I'm happy the computer is great and all, but I need some insight on refurbished products. Perhaps people with a better knowledge of computers may be able to help me here, since I've heard that refurbished products aren't that bad.

Hah, refurbished depends on the company who is doing the refurbishing. Apple, for example, has virtually brand new products come out of its refurb line, while some other companies just take a product, clean, format, add new accessories, but not replace the outer case or anything.
