It's actually 1,909 Bytes which is nearly 2kb. Anyways, regardless of size, it's bad coding practice to include unrelated stuff to whats actually needed.It's like 4Bytes
No, he made a blank cheat menu. A compiler is something completely different, thats what you use DevKitARM for. It takes a few seconds to just remove the oot3d stuff, RyDog most likely left them there so people know how to put notes into their plugin. It's up to you to remove the notes, not RyDog.
Anyways, I also suggest putting what cheats are included in the plugin in the OP so people know what they're getting.
How man how. Is this for CTR or no cuz I want o get rid of those legend of Zelda cheat he put in the plugin

I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.
