Hacking Readme FIRST before posting anything!

Even if you make the same amount of "read me first before posting" threads like noobs do with the backup loading and kernel exploit threads they would still not read them. You can't educate the general moron public besides keeping them from doing what you don't like in the first place. A competency test implementation would help including questions about the user's intention for making the account

Maybe if we sticky the useless info and make youtube vids sensationalising what we actually know and can do with our consoles: noobs will still not read the stickies and finally inhale some valuable info.
