Homebrew Read information from a .cia file.

Probably it's not possible, but i don't see a harm to ask.

There's is any way to read all information from a .cia file?

Like the region, id, etc?

Sadly i can't open any .cia file with this software, always get a error message.

Maybe it's not quite what you want, but I find this extremely awesome:

It's the 3DS Explorer shell plugin, it gets thumbnails for .3ds, .3dz and .cia and in the right pane you can see the Title ID and region etc etc.

Haha, glad to hear it
The only thing that annoys me a little bit is that you can't copy the TitleID from the details pane, not that I've ever needed it, but still.
