Hacking Read Flash id error

For some stupid reason i loaded my supercard lite into my ds lite and loaded sd_162 instead of 163. Now I'm using sd_163 to update the firmware and i get this message

read flash id error!
please turn off.

does anybody know how to correct this?

you're using the wrong upgrade. sd_163 is for SD/miniSD
you need the lite one.
