Hacking RCMloader wont show up on PC

I cant update any firmware on RCMloader one - anyone else had this issue?

the unit works fine with switch, but I cant update because when I put it in the PC nothing happens but the charging light. So seems to have crashed. is there any reset-ability or just buy a new one

Are you using a short enough cable. If I remember it comes with a short cable to use. I tried to use a long one and it wouldn’t connect to my PC.

Try another cable. The one that came with the RCMLoader seems to work fine for me but it's possible you got a dud.
