I can also load payloads from hekate so why argonnx?

In case of the ns atmosphere you would need to flash the new hekate payload each time it gets an update. You can use argon nx as a "static bootloader" to chainload hetake from the sd card. That way you only need to replace one file on the sd card.

hekate payload each time it gets an update.
Hekate loads automatically a newer "payload" called "update.bin" in the /bootloader folder if it is present. For the case you forget to update the payload on the dongle. But this was never a problem for me to update this thing manually.

Oh, didn't know about that. Thanks for the info.
I always find it annoying to flash it, as you need to enter the correct mode, connect it to the pc and so on.

Does know one rate the sx gear dongle here at all? I think it’s pretty damn good.
Nope. I wouldn't recommend this stuff. It uses condensators instead of an battery. Means that the part needs to be charged briefly each time before it can be used iirc. And according to the many statements from german forums (where I'm sometimes on the road), the things have never lasted long. You better buy the RCMLoader or NS Atmosphere dongle. The batteries last almost forever after a single charge.

Ok thanks I’ve always used the pro & gear it seems to hold its charge for me but I might look into this rcmloader.

Recommend RCMloader, cheaper and much easier to use, I just bought it recently to switch to Atmosphere from my SX OS Pro.
