RCM is on switch side - Rest is a payload being pushed and there are many ways to do this

If you mean plug your switch into your PC to avoid buying/making a JIG then no, it's not possible.

Going to RCM is only possible from Switch side.
Pushing payload from PC after turning on RCM is possible with TegraRCMSmash.

well you must comunicate with the switch for doing that
and to do this you need RCM.
i mean you cant get in RCM without RCM.
you could get in RCM when already being in RCM. this feature is in Hekate too (Reboot (RCM))
but i guess that makes no sense... when you already in RCM
