Hacking RCM - Have to do it 2 times ?

So i have updated my switch to 7.0.1 and using sdfiles..

After i updated my switch i have to put in the RCM and hold in + and power in for 3 sec but i need to do it 2 times before i can launch a payload ?? Does anyone know why ??

That sounds like user error. If you hold power and volume+ for even 1 second it will boot into RCM.
