I am almost afraid to ask this question, but is a retail disc required for importing songs on RawkSD too? As in, retail discs of the game you're importing FROM?

Also, for those who have gone back to legit-only DLC - so let's say I uninstall the wads and download a song from each generation so I can see what I've purchased again. What happens to my ill-gotten DLC? Can I still delete it through the music store or is it now stuck on the SD card?

However, if you've already made an image dump of your discs, those can be imported into the PC app.

You can delete them from your SD card (Private > Wii > Data > sZ*E) and re-download your purchases, or use Remfin's DLC Manager to view what's on your card and delete what you aren't using anymore.

It would most likely be something to do with the way your network is configured on the wii. Do you use the ethernet adaptor? Do you use a proxy? Do you use a static or dynamic IP?

QUOTE(OncleJulien @ Jul 30 2010, 02:42 AM) the only time i've experienced that situation is when rawksd was submitting a high score and my internet was down - jarring noise, that.

I'm using wireless. No proxy configured, unless there's a transparent proxy on my ISP. I'm supposed to have a dynamic IP, but I'm online all the time so I rarely get a different IP unless I turn my router off for several hours.

I can access the music store just fine, so I'm sure the Wii's configured right, maybe I should try accessing the store when Riivolution is activated.

Thanks for the replies

QUOTE(Kolma @ Jul 29 2010, 05:26 PM) Even if you had the Beta your Wii would not be accepted on it
it could be made to

Anyway. What kind of beta testing lasts for so damn long and has so few testers? Like that other poster said... I think they just don't want to share.
(note to flamers: i'm JOKING!!! i figured people would have gotten that much with the
tongue.gif
, but then i forget that it's the internets)

There's 30 testers and the other developer is away until September.

Using NTSC or PAL RB2? I think we talked about this on IRC but I forget what the answer was.

Yes we did. Thanks for remember tueidj.

I'm using an NTSC RB2 on a PAL Wii (bought the from eBay just for RawkSD before the PAL version was released).

You told me that it shouldn't pose an issue, and I think thats where we left off.

what if you have no way to connect your wii to the internet?
Rawk v3 doesn't require an internet connection except for leaderboard score submission; nothing bad will happen. You can leave leaderboard score submission turned on and it will save your scores to be submitted the next time your Wii's connected (similar to what it does with official scores without Rawk).

I mean, if people really want to help find bugs with the PC app they are still welcome to do so (and there are still some bugs, yeah), but the Wii app is ID-restricted.

You would normally be able to submit bug reports on the wiki but our friend tw3nz0r has been kind enough to mess the wiki up for the time being.

oh I got some Band Hero and Lego tracks already working using the combination, but still on the old 4gb SD card which is filled to the brim.
