I am going to get Green Day, are you waiting to support it?

Here's my theory: if it uses the same audio as Beatles, no. If it uses a different format, say, the Rock Band 2 biks or even moggs, then yeah, it might work.

But no one even has the game yet, so we wouldn't know.

Green Day: Rock Band has been confirmed to have harmonies (Source: Gamespot a couple of weeks ago) and I think they confirmed that the following games would have harmonies too

Well, a couple pages back tueidj was plugging his Wii into quepaso's mom, so it appears as though the DNA exchange is currently being worked on!!!

You're doing a great job, but IMO - I think, it is pretty strange.

Proof-of-concept does not a beta make. Also, the devs have had a busy year of school, especially with releasing Riivolution in the middle. Give it some more time, things are moving.
