    Hi guys and girls,

Having an issue with openelec, i just installed it all and it recognises my 2tb fine but my 5tb is having issues, it sees it but doesnt see any files on the drive. When I connect the drive .back to a pc, all files are there and accounted for. Both drives are NTFS

This is my HD film drive and I would very much like to get it working, can anyone help me with this one, looking at you Depravo and Fast6191

    Thanks

It's not a problem I've come across. Like you, I use a 2TB drive and have never encountered any issues.

Issue with many of the sata adapters are older and the makers made it to where 2tb or less was the max since 3tb+ drives were not as common

That's what I'm saying. I've never come across the 5TB problem because I only have a 2TB drive which works fine, as does yours.
