rant at dealextreme terrible customer service

    My Acekard 2 broke a while ago and I've contact dealextreme many times starting from about the second week of august and they have yet to respond to my messages. It's really getting to be frustrating, they could AT LEAST tell me that there's no warranty for my Acekard but they don't respond AT ALL. It's really getting annoying.

    1. If your Acekard broke more than 30 days after you bought it, they'll skip your messages.
    2. DX has never, ever, ever not responded to my messages.

    I've never had a problem with dx...maybe you're just being a bit impatient

    All acekards have 1 year warranty.

    I can admit DX are pretty slow at replying but their nice when they reply I got upgraded to a Class 6 4GB MicroSD and the staff member said It's OK You don't need to pay the price difference and gave me $5 off [​IMG]

    I've never has a problem with DX. like, ever .maybe i'm just lucky~

    they will get back to u they are just slow. send them another email and complain about the time they took to respond . when they do get back to you they will just tell u another ones in the post and to bin the broken one. [​IMG]

    I don't know why you have never contacted Acekard directly they will deal with it faster [​IMG]

    and also never had an issue with DX customer support you just have to send a couple more messages to them via their contact pages and you will get the matter resolved one way or another [​IMG]

    they are slow to reply but gets done eventually [​IMG]

    ok, i've sent DX a new message and i've also sent acekard a message, hopefully at least one of them will be able to deal with it.
