ROM Hack Randomizing Sword and Shield with PKNX

So I dumped my physical copy of shield and got the romfs and used PKNX to randomize my game, I put it in the contents folder of atmosphere, I tried to also tried putting it in the titles folder in atmosphere.

but nothing gets changed in the game, I am not sure what is wrong.
