Homebrew Randomizing Encounters Pk3ds Keeps Crashing

Every Time I try and do Edit encounters or randomize trainers it crashes i dumped my game witch is a cart with braindump and decrypt9 Pk3ds reads it and says pokemon sun but just keeps crashing i dont think i am dumping it wrong but anything will help the files i get all say Extracted on it

that's strange the file works fine just for me have you got any malware on your pc that might be the problem

Same here, I definitely don't have malware or malicious files on my computer.
Norton checks it off as malware as well.

you can unbrick your 3ds by holding l and r while booting decrypt9
