Raid Or not?

Hey guys, I have a Alienware 17 r4, and I was wondering how I can find out if it's using raid or AHCI. thanks!

For AHCI just go into the Bios ...
For Raid it depends, I think the newer ones are set within Bios as well ...
The old stuff I used at work (seperate Raid Card) had to be set as a booting device and you could go into some kind of options menu pressing some button which it would show while booting up.

But I doubt that a Gameing laptop would have Raid as it would not make much sense ... maybe a Raid 0 for slightly speed improvement ... but with a propper SSD you wouldn't notice a difference i guess.

I figured it out, just went into the BIOS and changed RAID to AHCI it worked fine
