Ragnarok Online private servers?

Because I am not much of a fan of playing any game with too many people, it makes me hate MMORPG's. Still Mike was able to convince me to join Ragnarok Online, but I want a private server.
So I am wondering if anyone knows of a good private server that we can play on that works and doesn't have that many people?
Edit: Yes I know I revise a lot when I post. I am very picky on my words.

Check rate my server and sort it by rating and try them out. I don't know what you want, ie rates, commands, levels, max aspd, etc.
However, the server I play is essenceRO, and I like it out of 10 I tried, and there are quite a lot of people on too.

he does not want many people... and essence sucks since the owner doesnt really seem to be doing anything for the server with the donations she gets

you can go here to get the files. its lowrate and is closely styled like the official servers
