Gaming Race Driver: Create & Race/GRID

This is more of a poll but while I'm out here asking, I might as well ask for advice for those who (if any) can use the pitstop professionally. What I mean is that every time I use the pitstop to repair my car, it always takes too damn long and even if I'm like half the circuit ahead of the AIs, they always catch up and surpass me before I exit the pitstop. Is there a trick to this? How many of you actually use the pitstop?

I've only used it once in a race and it was by accident. I think you can stop halfway or before you're fully recovered.

Edit: I'm just trying to remember, but I think you press B to stop recovering in the pitstops.

Don't ever use the pitstop.

It is NEVER worth it...

It takes way too long, and if you are so beaten up that you might need it, you are probably gonna lose anyway.

Once you get reasonably good you shouldn't crash very often anyway (except that expert touge...)

Restart is MUCH more effective than the pits.

No, never use the pits, just try to stay safe or use the no damage cheat.
