Well i got the card 2 days ago and wanna know all about it.
Right now i just know how to but roms and play them.
I know that there are more things we can do with it like emulating and moonshell things etc.

Second thing,i can't install moonshell.
I get some this error :

And how to make themes for the card?

It seems my PC can't read Chinese/Japanese letters.
Do i need to install the language pack?

Look at WoodR4 themes for how to make themes. There is no guide, so deal with it.
Either 1) Google or 2) Drag&drop moonshl2 folder instead of using the installer
If you had used the first option, you would have found that there was a bug in the first installer.exe and there is a fixed one also available in filetrip and it's relatively easy to find so I have no idea how you could have possibly missed it.
