Guys HELP ME.

I have a R4DS , The original. bought some years back.

I have installed some sort of Ysmenu. But Some newer games WONT work.

What is the BEST Firmware for R4DS? Please link to the latest and best version

YSmenu is the best firmware for an original R4. Some games don't have fixes yet, and therefore don't work. Buy a better cart if you want to play those games.

Wrong! If you have an original R4, Wood R4 firmware is definitely the best.

It not only has much higher compatibility, but looks prettier as well.

Seriously, YSMenu is still quite outdated compared to it...

At the back of the r4i-sdhc there is an oval sticker, remove it to see the code, that code can verify if ur card is fake or not at r4i-sdhc.com

Wrong! If you have an original R4, Wood R4 firmware is definitely the best.

Are you a joker? Look at the date of those postings. They are from March and Wood R4 was released on April 9th. I surely hope you are not going to dig up more old postings and add this comment. Imaging somebody announcing the 1.11 R4 Kernel en you responding that he is wrong since 1.18 is already out and Wood R4 is better...

You should get 1.15b, especially if you have the "i" version. Although that firmware works for my non "i" too.

Or you may have a clone of clone... heck knows.

Try copying this to your microSD and see if it works. Press the Multimedia button to enter YSMenu or launch TTMenu.nds for the TT firmware.

@sfg--- Thank you!! I have a r4i-sdhc v1.4 (r4i-sdhc.com) I downloaded the link you provided. Booted up and got the "Please update hardware" blah blah... I download the latest firmware from r4i-sdhc.com and copied everything over to the root of my micro sd card (overwriting anything it ask). AND Bam!!!! Now I can use Coverflow DS to load roms!! Thanx!!
