Hacking R4i Ultra using YSmenu

I am using YSmenu on R4i Ultra. I tried using a different cheat database that has the Pokemon games in it, but it still doesn't work. Black and White is European and EXP Patched. Also, when I press 'Y' the cheats don't come up, it just stays there like nothing happened.
