Hacking R4i SDHC Help

Hi, I have an R4iSDHC V2.0 DS Happy Box Upgrade v1.4 (The website on the flashcart says www.r4isdhc.com). It was working fine a while back but when I updated the firmware it no longer works.

Normally my DS accesses the flashcart through this game icon called Top Spin 3 2k Sports. Now when I load it up it just leaves me at a white screen. I've tried many different versions of the firmware (both from the flashcart's website and Retro's Multiupdate and even Ysmenu/Wood R4) but nothing seems to work. Anyone has encountered such a problem or knows how to fix it? Thanks a lot.

The flash cart itself is bricked, anything you place on the MicroSD won't work. You can possibly unbrick it, but you'd need another flash cart to do that (and it'd only work on a DS/Lite).

Is there a tutorial somewhere which teaches me how to unbrick it? Thanks.

You need to start up a firmware update file on another flash cart, then take that cart out of the DS/Lite, put the bricked cart in, and tell it to run/apply the update.
