Hacking R4i gold 3ds help

I've just bought my r4i gold card, latest firmware and wood kernel, but after booting into "starter" mode, the 3ds won't recognize my card anymore, if i press select it just says "r4 card not found" . My 3ds firmware is 4.1E. Does anyone know what to do?

You should insert r4i into the console while press key_select.
Just send a mail to them for help.

Do you have Gold or Deluxe version?
