Hacking R4i 3ds upgrade help

Hello guys,
I recently bought a 3ds and a R4 card for it from the same store.and they had some ds games in it.and they worked fine.but i had to upgrade my 3ds to version 3.0.0.6U .so how can i upgrade my R4 card to work on this.i want to play 3ds roms on it.is it possible?or just ds roms?
im totally new to flashcarts so not a pro about things.
about the R4i card: it has a silver and blue sticker on it and says "R4i", "compatible with 3ds" "SDXE" "WWW.R4ISDXC.COM"
any help please.

There is an upgrade for your card on the site http://www.r4isdxc.com/en/Download.html to enable your card to run on the 3DS

You are unable to play 3DS roms only DS roms

Also if you're thinking of another cart, nothing plays 3DS ROMs.
