I think what we need is for some manufacture to come out with the 4gb non microSDHC. it is the same way the 4 gb SD non HC works. If that comes, i think more than half of us will shut up.

Already out. Just unstable and slow.

Does anyone know where to get the 4GB non-SDHC cards from in the UK? Also, how slow is slow? Are we talking the difference between Japanese Kingston cards and non-Japanese ones, or does it make games unplayable?

I don't like the sound of unstable, but using my existing (stable) 2GB card for games and homebrew would still be fine, if I could carry around 4GB of videos.

On topic: I too would like to see some new features, but what I really want is an update to the skinning engine and options (random themes, more than 12, etc.). I'm just glad we still get compatibility updates.

Well, I was hoping for eventual compatibility with the Wii, but it is a very small corner case compatibility issue. I had two choices to resolve the problem. Buy Pokemon Diamond and/or Pearl, or buy a G6.

I am thankful for the degree of compatibility that the R4 provides.

I own R4DS, EZFlashV, AND G6Real. Each of them are 99%, but hey, these are quasi-legal devices to begin with and I am happy to have what I have.

Yes thank you. I am now aware that the Cyclo has Wii compatibility, but I already have 3 different flashcarts, which is overkill in and of itself. If I eventually sell off all my other flashcarts I will consider the Cyclo, or whatever's the "flashcart du jour".

Stop complaining about the SDHC support and Wii-DS thing. At least they're doing something.

Maybe it's just me, but when I try and boot up FFIV Jap on my R4DS I just get a blank screen. And in Rune Factory, one of the areas makes the screen go blank as well.
Anyone else have these problems?

Are you sure you're using either 1.14 or 1.15?
