Hacking r4cce

Hi this is my second post here and i just downloaded the r4cce thing to make cheats i started by making a cheat on my pokesav platinum version i put in the game id, game name, code name, code description, the code and the activation thing ( which i didnt need because it was already set as L+R) when i tried it on my m3 ds real i opened the cheat file thing i just made and when i went on to cheats it said no cheat codes for this game.
PLEASE HELP! (btw the cheat is for cyndaquil with no guard and all of the one hit K-O moves so they never miss

Yeah make certain that the format is set to M3 or else ur card wont b able 2 read it....

on file encoding i ticked gbk and on xml output encoding i put in utf8 so what do i do on m3 real .db?
and what are the right settings to have

i totally agree with elixirdream.
if a 15 year old joined here in 95 and a 50 year old joined here in 08, it doesn't really mean that the 15 year old is wiser, smarter and more responsible than the 50 year old.
at least what elixirdream posts arn't "oh yeah" or "i agree" or even "fuck you cunt".
he post useful stuff. he deserves his post count.
this tells us that he's a very involved temper. not like you who just lurks the forums.
and also to add, elixirdream is part of the cheat code crew. they post codes on the cheat thread EVERY. SINGLE. FUCKING. DAY.
