Hacking r4 wood usr.cheat.dat HELP!!!

i hav the r4 with the latest version of wood on it and i hav put the usr.cheat.dat file on it and enabeled it on my ds but no cheats show up for any game when prompted what so ever im confused

if anyone can help it would be much appreciated

It's "USRCHEAT.DAT", not usr.cheat.dat.
Place this file in the "_rpg" folder.
