Hacking R4 shipment halp

Im having problem with the shipping of a r4 gold plus i bought it off of https://www.nds-card.com/
The problem is that im supposed to get a email in "24" hours thats the problem it has been 48 hours without response and tracking using the order number says that its not findable im fully aware that it can take 15-60 days to get the r4 card but ive not recieved a email what does that mean i have to order again?

I would give it another half-a-day, as the work week is just getting started in that part of the world.

I just waited a day without any changes :/
