Hacking R4 SDHC problems

I have done a bit of searching on here and tried allsorts but i still cant get it to work. I install the firmware from the site on the box and it hangs on the loading screen so i tried using the r4syauto and menu instead and it still does the same thing. Can anyone help as im starting to pull my hair out now. I don't think it the card either because i ordered 4 and its doing the same with all of them.

Sorry was not clear, i tried getting the firmware from the manufacturers site which is http://www.r4sdhc.com but the site was unavailable so i found a mirror site on here which is http://linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ and downloaded from there with no success.
I was under the impression that if i installed the r4ysauto instead of the manufacturers firmware it would work but it still keeps freezing.

Problem solved, after a bit more digging i have found that the sd card needs to be formatted to FAT instead of FAT32

^^^Deano, thank you very much! I've spent my entire night going through the same motions as yourself. It did cross my mind at the start that I may of formatted it wrong (I formatted in Fat32) but all the sites I was looking at were saying 32 should be ok so I kept on trying other things until I returned here and seen your post. As simple as the solution sounds I'm very grateful you posted it!
