Hacking R4 SDHC Flashcard busted after Luma install

Hi guys. I have a R4 SDHC Gold Pro flashcart that I used to install luma on a Nintendo 2DS (old) following the 3ds.guide guide. The problem is that after I installed luma, the card doesn't work anymore. At first I thought it was something with the 2DS it was on, but the I tried it on 3 other consoles and didn't work on either one. I tested it on a Nintendo DS, a DSi, a DSi XL and a (old) 2DS.
I event updated the card, and tried a different microSD on it but no luck.
Can someone help me out on this? Is there something in the guide that can damage the card? Did this happen to anyone else? How do I recover the card?

You have to flash it's original firmware back in order to use it again.
Instructions are on this page under Section V

No. In fact, I used the same cart and I was able to recover it afterwards
