ROM Hack R4 Sakura italian

Hello people!
So, I looked at M3 Sakura on R4.
There was an italian file for M3 since long time ago (thanks dragonball75 and 9600pro) , the problem is that was not working for R4Sakura ...
I tried to solve it and now the file is working, but many parts still remain to be translated.
I think the problem is in the charset.

* some parts were not visible
* general improvement

You'll find two files:

Replace the file /SYSTEM/m3sakura/languages/messages.932 with the downloaded "messages.932".
