ROM Hack R4 in the uk

I sold my DS a few years ago but i recently bought a couple of DSi' one for me and one for my lad. When i went to purchase an R4 i came up against alot of brick walls. Can anyone tell me how to get an R4 in the uk?

Look at fleemarkets, Garage sales etc..
