Hacking R4 Gold Pro (seemingly clone) not running certain games.

This R4 that has printed: "GOLD Pro 3DS UPGRADE 2017, Revolution for 3DS DSI XL/LL DSL DS", doesn't like some games.
I can play games like Mario & Luigi: Bowser Inside Story or Big Bang Mini flawlessly, but I meet with a white screen when I try to play Pokémon BW & BW2, or even Plants vs Zombies.

I am aware that this is a clone, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. I have tried different kernels but they just brick the thing.
I can't get a "real" one from the nds - card site, because they blocked Chile for trading, nor any third party market here has other one that the crappy one.
Is there a way to fix this, or a site to buy cards that ships to Chile?

Using another MicroSD or playing with the settings (enabling/disabling DMA) might do the trick.
