Gaming r4 ds menu and extractor

hi, ive recently got a r4 from a friend who asked me 2 help her with it as i have one already. only prob is, she wanted the menu site, but i cant remember it. also, she needs an extractor, so i need a website 4 that 2

I'm not trying to be mean but, use google. type winzip or winrar and see what you can find. Also type in R4DS and click the second link that shows up, then look to the bottom right for the 1.18 version link once on the official site. Or, here is the link rather: http://www.r4ds.com/download-en.htm

as far as winzip, I'd use a torrent downloader such as Vuze to get a corporate edition of each on a torrent site....
