Hacking R4 AR codes on Rom Hacks

So I got my old R4 working thanks to @Apache Thunder and his loader. The only thing is that I have a hack of Mario 64DS and 2 of NSMB1. I added those games to R4CCE and in the R4 menu the codes are on, but their effects aren't appearing in game? Any Ideas?

I think, you should put the hacked rom on the AR Code program. I'm to lazy for that. For some reason are the cheats for Harvest moon not listed. I have an hacked new super mario rom and there aren't cheats so that the AR Code Program would be the best solution for that
