R presses most buttons on my Switch

I KNOW that this has already been discussed (probably gonna get deleted too) but R is pressing most buttons on my Switch and I am not gonna look for the ribbon cable (I'm not good at hardware)
It's fine if not, it presses R too, but if you CAN help me that'd be great!

I don't have one with enough battery, I'll try charging my Pro Controller
Edit: Yup, it's my Joy-Con.

So something is wrong in the joycon then. Most likely hardware related. Can also be the joycon rail.
