Hacking quick wiikey config disc questions

hey, i have a question about the wiikey. i just got it in the mail and thought that i should have the config disc ready after i get it in the wii. do i have to download that update thing or does my wiikey already have 1.9? i just need the config disc right? also what do i burn on the config disc? do i burn the ISO file or any of the contents IN the iso file? is there any quick way i can check to see if my wiikey was installed properly? (eg. a small backupgame) or will reading the config disc mean that it was installed right? thanks.

make sure you have the Original WiiKey before installing, no you don't use config disc to update wiikey firmware just download the wiikey firmware iso.
you can use the config disc to test your installing (if your wii can load the config disc...)

k thanks. i just got it put in. hopefully it is working. the original games are working so i hope i did it right. now to go buy dvds so i can test to see if it actually works.
