Hardware quick unbricked wii help

hey everyone, i try not to ask for help here but im stuck on this one and need a hand.


i have recently restored a formerly bricked/dead DVD (metroid prime 3) usa launch wii.

using bannerbomb (sd menu ver) i installed HBC, bootmii and cfg usb loader

after using waninkoko's 4.2 updater i installed cios r19 and hermes ios 222


currently HBC and all apps work fine as the new owner only wants to play emulators.

however when trying to load wiiware (from SD) or load a game iso from usb i consistently see the black screen and "error has occurred please eject/reset" message

im sure there is a main ios missing but i have no idea where to go from here to be able to boot wiiware and iso images.

Did you patch your system menu IOS?

You mean when you press the SD card Icon?

just find and delete "PRIVATE/Wii/Title/aktn" in your SD card

also Dop MII might help you.
