Gaming Quick question

Okay so i got a used 27" TV today and the tv can't do 480p with component cable, now im wondering even if it can't receive a 480p signal, should i but the component cable or should i stay with the composite cable ?

That topic can be closed now, i went and bought the cable, i don't regret buying them at all ! Even if my TV doesn't support 480p, keep in mind its a used TV from before the EDTV sets
