Hacking Question Quick question for noob

Hi, I been searching around the forum, haven't find any answer.
So I success running Homebrew menu on my switch 5.0.2 follow step by step from the tutorials .
1st question
If I power off the switch will it go back to original switch OS and will be able to play physical cartridges and using eshop just like before I run homebrew on the switch and play online game without any problem. Or do I have to uninstall/remove something from the sd card.

2nd question
If I'm running homebrew menu, can I still play physical cartridges?

1. Yes. Once you reboot, cfw/hbl is gone.
2. Not yet. You still need to reboot.

How about eshop game I already installed on the switch, will I still need to reboot to be able to play?

Just want to make sure, I can't run game that already installed from eshop when I'm in cfw. Am I right? Because I have lots of game from eshop on my switch
