So uh, there's a SNES emulator for it, right?

Does it run better than the normal PSP one? Can it run stuff like SMRPG fullspeed?

VHBL is a port of HBL to the Vita and runs in the PSP mode.

So not only is the benefit of the Vita's specs not possible, but it's not even the normal SNES emulator, it's the cut-back one for HBL that runs even worse.

It runs about as well as signed homebrew which means the SNES emulator will be slower. You might want to pick up a PSP Go if the smaller size doesn't bother you (they are cheap, easily hackable, all support 6.20 permanent cfw, and come with 16GB storage built in).
