Can i install bigbluemenu or devmenu using fbi ?
cause whenever i want to download a CIA game i see :"install using the DevMenu orBigBlueMenu"

You *can*, however, it is not required. FBI can do everything DevMenu and BigBlueMenu can.

Yes you can - just look for them in CIA form and install them. You don't have to, they're just a bit easier to use and people prefer them.
