Hacking Quick question... about 5.5.1

So im on 5.3.2 Spoofed.
Can I simply just update to 5.5.1 with no issues via wifi?
After I am on 5.5.1 do I need to install anything else like we did before (Version title packs) etc?
Also will the same Loadiine boot method (self host SD card) I have been using be the same?
