Questions about the 3ds Operating System

Hello, good people of GBAtemp. I am writing a paper on the OS of the 3ds, specifically how it deals with these subsystems: Process, Memory, IPC, File, IO, Security & Protection Management. I would appreciate it if you pointed me in the direction of other resources or if someone could provide guidance on the subject matter. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
