Hacking Question Questions about Jailbreaking the Nintendo Switch?

Hello all,
I’ve recently bought a nintendo switch.
It’s currently running the firmware 6.2.0.
I have a few questions regarding it about jailbreaking.
1. Is 6.2.0 possible to Jailbreak.
2. Can I switch between OFW and CFW.
3. If yes to Question 2. Can I still go online wothout the risk of getting banned.
4. Is there any harm in going online OFW while having CFW installed on Switch.
5. Can I go online downloaded switch games via the CFW.

1. Yes, 6.2.0 is hackable, but you need to have a non-ipatched switch
2. CFW is loaded and not installed (does not persist after reboot), so OFW is loaded if you don't run CFW
3., 4., and 5. Although it is physically possible, it is generally not recommended to go online after you boot CFW (neither in OFW nor in CFW); you should expect a ban if you do that. Read this thread for more info on bans and how be as safe as possible.

Add there emunand offline is the safe method as today no bans records

if you use sxos emunand (or wait until another cfw finally releases emunand) then you can hack&pirate&mod&whatever on emunand and play online in ofw.
So far no one was banned for that. But obviously you can only play legally owned things on ofw.
