Hardware Questions about flash0 and flash1

so guys my psp is soft bricked (stucks at wave screen)
it works when i reset flash1 while booting (holding square + triangle + start + select while booting) and i can access xmb
but when i power off the psp and turn on its being wave screen problem again.
so can someone help me and here's my question:




--Is this problem related to flash0 or flash1?--
