Homebrew Questions about dsiware downgrade

So I have a few questions about dsiware downgrade. If someone could answer them that would be awesome.

1)Is there a way to bypass the 7day transfer limit? (I crapped up and want to try again)

2)My sister has a dsixl and I want to know if I could buy 4swords on it and transfer it to a new 3dsxl and use it for waithax.

2) All the exploitable games have been pulled out from the eshop. If you don't have or bought one before they were pulled you can't get your hand on them. Check this guide for more info : https://3ds.guide/
